After quite a while, I have eventually released the second public beta of miniMIZE. This release fixes a number of issues and also contains a number of new features. You can find more information on the release at the miniMIZE Project page.
I guess this is as good a time as any to discuss the planned progression for miniMIZE. I am hoping to decrease the time between public releases but that will depend on stability and of course the amount of time I have to work on miniMIZE. I have core features that will be used as the basis for release dates. So that means, that when each core feature is completed, I will release a new public build of miniMIZE.
The core features in implementation order are:
- Basic Positioning Of Thumbnails
- Advanced Positioning Of Thumbnails
- Localization (Language Dlls)
From there I will probably release a final version with any other features coming in version 2.
