Some Bug and request - 2005/09/15 11:01
Hello, I have just tried this app, and it seems Incredible!!, yes amzaing.
I was looking for this for years now!!
This is the question. I use a sidebar on my desktop, it is pinned and always on top, always part of the screen. I use Samrize too for some infos, on top of the sidebar, so everything is clear and easy to see.
I think your software is a very good piece, but there are two things that stop me from using it.
The first one is the position, I need the first thumbnail to be created on a specific region of the screen, and the next ones below that first one. I know that you are working on that.
The second question is about the thumbnails level. I set it to "on Top", then, if any window was minimized, its icon appears on top of the other applications running. Well, after I double click on the thumbnail, the applications comes to front, and the thumbnails dissapear. If I had more thumbnails on top, they are still on, top, but if I minimize something else, the thumbnail is created, but below the windows( not on top), so the result is a mix of thumbnails on top, and the new created are below the windows.
I hope you can understand me.
And lastly, not a bug, but a feature. I know this application is called miniMIZE for something, but could be it posible to display thumbnails of every app running, not only of those minimized? I think your software can be the best ever replacement for the taskbar I have never seen.
And man (or woman), I love this app!! I hope you can get it to work without those bugs, I would like to use it!! Thanks
