first of all, let me just say this is a great little app. i'm of those people that tends to have at least a dozen windows open at a time so this app has really kept my desktop organized -- so a very big thank you to the author.
and now if may be so bold to offer a couple of suggestions. top of my wish list would have to be hotkey support. i think it would be very cool if it can minimize all your windows at the press of a key. windows can actually already do this by pressing the winkey + M. the program doesn't work though when windows are minimized this way. i'm guessing the windows-m key does not raise the same event as the standard minimize method.
second on my list is something that's been mentioned before. i have a lot of apps that can minimize to the tray. tray apps are usually not opened frequently so i think it would make sense to have some sort of exclusion list.
